Our group fitness classes are held as follows:
Co-Ed Group Fitness - 5am, 6am, 6pm Mon-Thurs
Women's Group Fitness - 5pm Mon-Thurs
Availability for personal training / student athlete strength and conditioning is available in one-on-one or small group basis throughout the week. Please contact us for more information.
Our Online Circuit Training classes are each week on Monday, Wednesday & Friday at 6:00 a.m. and Saturday at 8:30 a.m. The classes last 30 minutes.
Go to the home page and on the schedule of events, go to "Memberships" tab to view a membership to purchase.
Yes! Download our app and setup an account. You can use code TAYLORDFIT1 to register to get one free session! Contact us any time for more information. Reach us by text/phone 423-421-3805.
Yes! We offer child care for our group fitness classes from 5:00pm-7:00pm. Child care is offered free of charge to our members during their class sessions.
Our group circuit training workouts include a variety of cardio, strength training, and high-intensity interval training (HIIT) exercises. The personal training / student athlete training sessions are personalized for the client's needs.
We offer nutrition coaching sessions, but it is not included in the group fitness class cost.
